How does pricing work?
As a seller, you earn 20% commission on the wholesale price of every product sold through your Seller Portal. When retailers order through your personalized link, your commission is automatically calculated and paid out. No hidden fees, no calculations needed.
What's the $9/month membership?
Your membership gives you full access to browse our maker catalog, connect with makers, and place orders. Plus, you earn points on every order that unlock exclusive perks, early access to new makers, and member-only discounts.
What is my commission?
When you create a Seller Portal and share your personalized link with other retailers, you earn 20% commission on every sale made through your portal. Think of it as referring other retailers to great products!
How do I get paid?
Commission payments are automatically transferred to your connected Stripe account after each successful sale through your portal.
How does the referral program work?
When you refer another seller to NESHE Network and they sign up (naming you as their referrer), you'll earn 2,000 bonus points once that seller reaches $2,000 in total sales. You can track your referrals right from your seller dashboard.
How do I become a member?
Complete our quick application (about 5 minutes). Tell us about yourself and what kind of products you're looking for. Our team reviews applications and you'll hear back within 48 hours.
Do I need a business license?
Nope! We welcome everyone from established retailers to boutique pop-up shops to passionate curators just getting started. All you need is enthusiasm for handcrafted goods.
How does shipping work?
Makers ship directly to retailer. Each maker sets their own shipping policies and lead times (clearly displayed on their profile). Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days.
What if I have issues with an order?
We're here to help! Our support team helps mediate any issues between you and makers. Quality is important to us — every maker is vetted before joining the network.
