Seller Commission
As a seller, you earn 20% commission on the wholesale amount for every sale made through your Seller Portal.

Self-Purchase Policy
Sellers may purchase products at wholesale for personal retail, but seller commissions do not apply to self-purchases. Sellers cannot simultaneously operate as retailers on the platform.
Points Rewards Program
Earn points on every order you place:
- • 1 point per $1 spent on wholesale orders
- • Bonus points for first orders with new makers
- • Redeem for — Discounts, early access, exclusive perks
- • Points expire — 12 months after earning if unused

Account Standing
Your membership may be suspended or terminated for:
- • Failed payment for monthly membership
- • Repeated fraudulent disputes or chargebacks
- • Harassment or abuse toward makers
- • Violating NESHE Network terms of service
- • Reselling maker contact information
Maker Policies
Eligibility Requirements
To join NESHE Network as a maker, you must:
- 1Have an established online presence — A website, Etsy shop, or active social media storefront where you currently sell products.
- 2Hold a valid business license — Proper business registration in your region. We verify this during the application review.
- 3Have inventory ready to ship — Real products, not just ideas. Sellers need reliable makers who can fulfill orders.

- • No listing fees — Add unlimited products at no charge
- • No monthly subscription — You only pay when you make sales
- • You receive your full wholesale price — The 30% fee is added on top and paid by sellers
- • Payments via Stripe — Direct deposit to your bank account
Order Fulfillment
- • Direct shipping — You ship directly to retailers. No warehouses or middlemen.
- • Lead times — You set your own lead times. Be realistic and honor them.
- • Communication — Respond to seller inquiries within 48 hours.
- • Order confirmation — Confirm orders within 24 hours of receiving them.
- • Tracking — Provide tracking information for all shipments.
Quality Standards
- • Products must match descriptions and photos accurately
- • Maintain consistent quality across all orders
- • Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during shipping
- • Include any required safety information or certifications (especially for food, skincare, etc.)
- • Promptly address any quality issues reported by sellers
Returns & Disputes
- • Your policy — You set your own return/exchange policy and display it on your profile
- • Damaged goods — Replace or refund items damaged in transit
- • Disputes — NESHE may mediate disputes between makers and sellers
- • Resolution timeline — Respond to dispute claims within 72 hours
Account Standing
Your account may be suspended or terminated for:
- • Repeated late shipments or unfulfilled orders
- • Misrepresenting products or business credentials
- • Consistent quality complaints from sellers
- • Violating NESHE Network terms of service
- • Attempting to circumvent the platform for direct sales
Retailer Policies
Eligibility Requirements
NESHE Network is open to all types of sellers:
- ✓Brick & mortar store owners
- ✓Online shop operators
- ✓Pop-up and market sellers
- ✓Gift shop and boutique curators
- ✓Anyone passionate about curating handcrafted goods
No business license required. All applications are reviewed and approved by our team.
Role Separation Policy
Retailers purchase exclusively through their linked NESHE seller. Retailers cannot simultaneously operate as sellers on the platform.
Refund Policy
General Refund Policy
NESHE Network connects makers directly with sellers. Because each maker crafts unique, handmade products, refund and return decisions are at the maker's discretion and vary by product type.
Key Principle
All listed prices include shipping. What you see is what you pay — no surprise fees at checkout.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from the listing:
- 1Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage or defect.
- 2Contact the maker directly through NESHE messaging. Most makers resolve issues quickly.
- 3If unresolved within 72 hours, contact NESHE support and we'll mediate on your behalf.
Non-Defective Returns
For products that arrive as described but you'd like to return:
- • Returns are at the maker's discretion — check each maker's return policy on their profile before ordering
- • Many handmade and perishable items (candles, food products, skincare) are non-returnable
- • If a maker accepts the return, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of the maker receiving the returned item
NESHE Membership Refunds
- • Your $9/month seller membership can be cancelled anytime
- • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- • No partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle
- • Reactivation is instant — your data and history are preserved
Dispute Resolution
If you and a maker can't reach an agreement:
- • Email support@neshenetwork.com with your order number and details
- • Our team reviews both sides and works toward a fair resolution
- • NESHE reserves the right to issue refunds in cases of clear misrepresentation
- • Resolution typically takes 3-5 business days
